Ms Shirley Loh is no stranger to housing development. We are very familiar with servicing clients on housing development projects. We have strong belief that housing development is not the so-called “run-of-the-mill-matter” as the Managing Partner insists on the in-depth knowledge of relevant legislations before the lawyers are allowed to attend to and advise clients on such area of law.
We have experience in banking and finance practice, including negotiation, preparation and structuring of bonds issue, gated community, project and asset financing, private debt securities, capital market instruments, trade financing as well as Islamic banking and financing.
